I just ordered this...

I'm seriously considering getting chickens but have a lot of preparation to do in my back yard to get ready....I just ordered this book and would get chickens today if I could build a coop like the one pictured below...talk about luxury chicken coops!  What do your backyard plans include?

    A friend of mine figured out if you buy the chickens to have "free" eggs they end up costing about 6.00 a dozen...LOL LOL I would like that coop too, but I wouldn't want my chickens to mess it up....and boy will they....:):) Good Luck! Sandy
