Fun Things To Do in Utah

So I tried to get mad because everyone is pushing Christmas on me so early. Christmas carols are playing on the radio the day after Halloween! The stores are fully decorated for Christmas, holiday sales events are in every store and you know what? I'm ready for it! This year for some mad & insane reason I'm thinking to myself, BRING IT ON! I'm am in the holiday spirit & ready to go!
Listed below are a bunch of fun things to do for the holidays in Utah!
So quite fighting it, Christmas is almost here so enjoy & spend some quality time with your family doing some quality things....my challenge to you is to make this a Christmas to remember!

Nativity Events / Celebration in Kaysville, Utah
What: Nondenominational community event features more than 300 Nativity scenes from around the world, children's hands-on activities, display of vintage quilts and dolls, a live Nativity, and a variety of groups in concert including the Beehive Statesmen and the Wasatch Bell Ringers.

Toys For Tots
What: Come to a drop-off point for new (unwrapped) toys for the U.S. Marine Corps' Toys for Tots program. Festival of Angel Holiday Boutique

  • Festival of Angels Holiday Boutique features 60 artisans and crafters from 3 states, Santa photos at special times, entertainment, food and lots of fun. The Festival is free to the public and advance tickets are available for a Breakfast with Santa on Sunday morning. Come get some of your holiday shopping done early in a fun atmosphere. Proceeds benefit needy families throughout the year. November 11th is Family night with Tacos and Santa. Hours of operation are as follows: Nov. 11th 5:30pm - 9:30pm, Nov. 12th 8:30am - 4:30 pm, and Nov. 13th 9:00am - 1:00pm. The INDOOR event is held at the Skaggs Catholic Center in Draper at 11800 S and 300 E. and is FREE to the public. Just a few blocks from the South Towne Expo Center.

  2. These are last year's dates. The page you copy-pasted this from was from 2008, and I don't know if Riverton is even hosting the around the world festival this year.

  3. Great list! For fun things to do all year I like going to Pirate Island in Orem. They have Karaoke nights, Salsa Dancing, and other fun events; Plus they have an arcade and jungle gym type thing for my kids. http://www.pirateislandusa.com/
